Problem:
MDS runs fine in IE. But when I run MDS in Google Chrome, I was prompted to install Silverlight. After I download it and install it, the message says the same version is already installed. After refresh, still the same problem, stuck there.
Solution:
Enter chrome://plugins in the address bar, then find Silverlight, finally select "Always allowed to run"
