I have several Word 2010 documents on SQL Server New Features on different versions. I used headers for the documents in Word. The headers at different level look fine in Word inside the navigation panel. I wanted to publish these headers to blogger. However, the outlines in navigation panel cannot be copied or saved as a new document.
Solution:
Step 1. Insert a Table of Content for these headers.
Step 2. Copy the TOC to Google docs which retains the formatting. Copy it to Word will lose the formatting.
Step 3. Publish the Google doc to blogger. If the default frame is too narrow, customize it (e.g., height="800" width="1000")
