SQL Server Login Error - NEED TO RESTART THE INSTANCE IF CHANGING AUTHENTICATION MODEL

Create a SQL Login, try to play with a default language as Simplified Chinese. It does not allow me to log in!

To make it work:

1. Enable TCP-IP
2. Change from Windows Authentication to Mixed model!!!
3. Re-start the SQL Server instance.
